We aren't looking for a "CV pusher." We’re looking for a Talent Management Specialist who wants to wear multiple hats. If you’ve ever felt "boxed in" by a traditional HR role, this is your invitation to break out.

Responsibilities

  • Curating the Team: Manage the full tech recruitment lifecycle.
  • Elevating Performance: Move beyond "forms" and help us build a performance appraisal system that people actually grow from.
  • Nurturing Growth: participate in Designing training paths that keep our developers at the top of their game.
  • The "Plus" Factor: You’ll jump into Personnel and Org Development. One day you might be refining our internal structure, the next you’re streamlining our processes and building a new culture initiative.

Who are we seeking?

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, and you’re ready for more responsibility.
  • You’re a "Generalist at Heart." You want to understand the business, not just the job description.
  • You’re a problem-solver. If a process is broken, you don't wait for permission to fix it.
