About Us

We are building a smart, AI-powered ERP specifically designed for pharmacy and warehouse operations. We build from the production floor, not from theory. We are looking for an engineering leader who prefers ownership and real-world impact over soulless corporate tools. You will lead our day-to-day engineering efforts, building this platform brick-by-brick to last.

The Role

We’re building our core architecture and need a hands-on Tech Lead to lead execution. You will be the technical authority for our in-house team, setting engineering standards, making practical trade-offs, and ensuring we ship reliable production-grade software. You will own delivery, system stability, and mentoring.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Odoo & Python Development
  • Experience leading developers and implementers
  • Full-Stack Odoo Breadth (JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, Linux servers)

What You Will Do

  • Lead & Mentor: Lead the team through complex requirements, raise engineering quality, and keep execution moving with clear standards and follow-ups.

  • Partner with the PM: Work closely with and listen openly to the Product manager to translate business needs into technical plans and communicate trade-offs early to design scalable customer-oriented software.

  • Own the Architecture: design clean Odoo customizations and integrations, manage ORM/performance limits, and build for growth without over-engineering.

  • Tackle the Hard Problems: Build a clear escalation and troubleshooting process so issues are reported properly and team members get unstuck. You know how to find solutions even if you have not seen the issue before.

  • Ensure Production Readiness: Set release practices, maintain living documentation, and enforce deployment discipline (e.g. upgrades, security rules, and concurrency.)

What You Bring

  • 10+ Years of Software Development with deep production-level experience with Python and Odoo Enterprise/Community.

  • Experience leading developers and implementers (and working with designers), setting and enforcing standards, and delivering under pressure without burning out the team.

  • Full-Stack Odoo Breadth: Strong JavaScript for Odoo web/POS, Strong PostgreSQL, and Docker/Compose deployments. Comfortable with Linux server administration.
