AI/ML Consultant and Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Consultant & Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and guidance across a range of AI, machine learning, and data-driven initiatives.
The consultant will be responsible for helping us evaluate business problems from an AI/ML perspective, define the appropriate technical approaches, design scalable solutions, establish development and deployment strategies, and provide ongoing technical guidance throughout implementation.
This is a senior consulting role requiring strong practical experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
Ideal Candidate is someone with strong practical engineering and architectural experience, not only theoretical or research knowledge.
The ideal candidate has previously taken AI/ML projects from an initial business problem through experimentation and into production, and understands the challenges involved in data quality, model selection, evaluation, deployment, scalability, monitoring, and long-term maintenance.
They should be comfortable working across different AI/ML domains and selecting the appropriate approach for each problem rather than being tied to a particular technology or modeling technique.
Qualifications
- ×Strong professional experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or applied data science.
- ×Proven experience architecting and delivering AI/ML solutions in production.
- ×Strong understanding of the complete machine-learning lifecycle, from data preparation and experimentation through production deployment and monitoring.
- ×Experience selecting appropriate modeling approaches based on business and technical requirements.
- ×Strong Python and ML/data ecosystem experience.
- ×Experience with modern machine-learning and deep-learning frameworks.
- ×Experience designing data pipelines and working with large datasets.
- ×Experience deploying and operating ML models in production environments.
- ×Strong understanding of MLOps principles and practices.
- ×Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- ×Understanding of APIs, microservices, containers, and modern software architecture.
- ×Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs involving performance, accuracy, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
- ×Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
